Rachel Lesmerises

Rachel Lesmerises practises all aspects of commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project financing, securities and financial services. She participates in drafting various commercial agreements. Ms. Lesmerises acts on behalf of various Canadian and foreign public and private companies in connection with a wide range of commercial operations, mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings.
