Rachel Kardal

Rachel Kardal is an associate in the Labour & Employment Group. She advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including employment contracts, policies, legislative compliance, onboarding and termination, discrimination, accommodation, and wrongful dismissal claims. Rachel also has experience representing and advising unions in relation to labour issues and labour board proceedings.

Rachel has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Labour Relations Boards in both Alberta and British Columbia.
