Rachel Jordan focuses her practice on civil litigation primarily in the areas of transportation litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance defense, appellate, commercial litigation, civil rights litigation, and premises liability. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Rachel was a civil litigator for the State of Texas and has tried over 30 civil jury trials. She also was a Special Prosecutor with the Special Prosecution Unit and has tried over 20 Felony jury trials, including Capital Murder. Her experience taking cases to trial give her clients the attention they need to take the case all the way in front of a jury if needed. She is based in the Houston office of Naman Howell.
Rachel earned her J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law where she competed with the Moot Court External Advocacy Team. She was the National Champion of the Federal Bar Association's Moot Court Competition, First Place Oralist in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, Champion of the James Derrick Constitutional Moot Court Competition, and won awards for her appellate briefs. While in law school, she was a Board Member of the Student Bar Association and won the Woman Leader in Law Award.
