Rachael is a Partner in our Family and Relationship law practice working exclusively with HG Private clients. Rachael is trained in both collaborative law and mediation in addition to being an experienced litigator in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court. She has a particular expertise and interest in cases involving parties’ interests in corporate and trust structures, relationship planning by use of binding financial agreements, and international and complex parenting matters involving drug and alcohol abuse, mental health issues or special needs (particularly matters involving autism/Asperger’s and other spectrumal disorders). Rachael's family law work is also complemented by her professional training as a Parenting Coordinator. Her parenting coordination practice has a specific focus on high conflict matters, family violence, international parenting, mental health issues and children with special needs.
