Rachael Joseph

Rachael Joseph is a corporate lawyer who represents a wide range of companies in transactional matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Joseph was an associate and summer associate at another New York firm, where she focused her work on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, capital markets and corporate finance. She also externed at another New York firm. During her time at the University of Virginia School of Law, she co-founded and was the president of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Student Association.
