R. Justin "Justin" Matthews

Justin is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Services Practice Group, where he acts as defence counsel for several insurance companies in the litigation of various injury and property loss claims in both the Alberta and Yukon jurisdictions. He has otherwise represented individual clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.

Justin also practices in the area of Commercial Litigation, representing businesses and their principals who are faced with a wide array of litigation and dispute resolution needs.

In the commercial litigation context, Justin is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, where he has assisted clients in a variety of matters. His experience in this area includes builders’ liens, property disputes, Landlord remedies and general construction litigation.
