R. Bradford Huss has practiced in the employee benefits field for more than forty years, focusing on Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law andLitigation - ERISA. Based in San Francisco, California, Mr. Huss represents clients in ERISA litigation, fiduciary responsibility matters, qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, and Department of Labor investigations as part of the legal team at Trucker Huss APC.
Mr. Huss also serves as a private mediator in ERISA litigation matters and has been appointed as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral in more than sixty ERISA cases by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. In addition, he has served as a Special Master in an ERISA matter for the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.
Throughout his career, Mr. Huss has presented on ERISA litigation and fiduciary responsibility matters for organizations including the Western Pension & Benefits Council, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, the National Institute of Pension Administrators, and the American Bar Association. He has also testified before the Senate Finance Committee of the United States Congress regarding retirement income security issues.
