Allan’s practice includes corporate / commercial law, mergers and acquisitions. He acts as legal counsel for a number of corporations, and businesses.
Allan is active in the community and serves as the Director on numerous charitable foundations. He is a past Governor of the Edmonton Petroleum Club and is the former chair of the Senior Advisory Committee for the Annual Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Canada Celebrity Golf Tournament.
