Quentin De Margerie

Quentin de Margerie’s practice focuses on white collar crime and complex domestic and cross-border litigation, particularly with regard to corporate, securities and commercial law, M&A transactions, joint-ventures, directors’ liability, compliance and enforcement matters.

He represents clients in all stages of their disputes, and has close to 10 years of experience as a trial lawyer before French civil, commercial and criminal courts as well as regulatory authorities.

Quentin de Margerie has been a member of the Paris bar since 2012. He has graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a Master’s degree in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution modes from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Prior to joining Temime in 2016, he has practiced 4 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
