Pranav Neel Bethala is a transactional attorney who has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence (AI), computer software, aviation and aerospace, digital banking, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, and food products. Mr. Bethala has experience drafting and negotiating agreements for software-as-a-service (SaaS) engagements, managed services, on-premises software, software and data licenses, hardware, and hosting, development, and professional services.
Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Mr. Bethala was an associate in the Dallas office of Perkins Coie LLP, and he was also an inaugural law clerk for both the Honorable Andrew L. Brasher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
