Pierre-Olivier Tremblay

Pierre-Olivier Tremblay is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office. His practice is focused on commercial transactions in the area of infrastructure, transportation, and project financing. He also works in factoring, corporate finance, and structured finance.

Pierre-Olivier has significant experience with clients in various sectors, including infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3), transport, and financial institutions.

He holds a master of business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke (2013) and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.Before joining Fasken, Pierre-Olivier practiced at a Montréal-based international law firm. He has also worked for a major Canadian aerospace company.
