With a post-graduate diploma in business law and taxation from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, Pierre GUIGNAND has been a member of the Lyon bar since 2006.A lawyer with Ratheaux from 2006 to 2009, he joined Lamy & Associés in 2009 and became a partner in 2015.Pierre GUIGNAND also works in all areas of corporate law, particularly in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment operations.
