Pia E. Riverso is a commercial litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in complex civil matters. Her practice includes Construction Law and Litigation - Construction, as well as disputes involving business dissolutions, shareholder conflicts, restrictive covenant claims, insurance and surety matters, intellectual property litigation, and FINRA arbitrations. Based in New York, New York, she represents clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Pia regularly counsels owners, developers, architects, construction managers, and contractors on a wide range of construction law issues. Her work also includes facilitating insurance settlements involving additional insured claims, class action bodily injury allegations, and product liability disputes.
