Philippe Tardif is a business law partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Philippe's practice focuses on corporate finance, with an emphasis on public and private equity and debt financings, including cross-border financings; mergers and acquisitions involving public companies; and corporate governance matters, including board and special committee advisory roles.
