Biography
Philipp Park is the Quebec Regional Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He practises corporate commercial law with a focus on acquisitions and divestitures, private equity, and venture capital. Philipp represents multinational corporations, private equity funds and start-up companies in various sectors and his transactional experience includes domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
