Philip advises on acquisitions and divestments (both share and asset purchases), corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance and general commercial law. His work covers the full transaction lifecycle across a range of industry sectors, with particular depth in agribusiness (private and public sector), mining services, commercial property development and food service.
Philip has acted as principal legal adviser for Austin Engineering on its acquisition of a major US mining and engineering services business, multiple substantial mining services businesses in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales, and provided general corporate advice across Austin's national operations. His practice has also included divestments to multinational food services conglomerates and acquisitions of chain retail and rural merchandising networks.
