He also represents both sellers and purchasers of existing shopping centers and other retail properties, as well as developers and redevelopers of retail projects throughout New Jersey, but also significantly in New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Philip is actively involved in the realm of hotel acquisitions and development, and the associated corporate aspects surrounding these types of transactions, including joint venture agreements, franchise agreements and management agreements.
Industrial and office purchase and sale transactions, as well as leasing matters, also constitute a significant part of Philip's practice. Philip also represents purchasers and developers (and thus, borrowers) of multi-family projects in the northeast and midwest.
