Biography
Peter Rodgers represents individuals in trial matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, and business disputes. His medical malpractice law practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in claims arising from cardiac, neurologic, obstetrical, orthopedic, vascular, and infectious disease care, including matters involving failure to diagnose cancer, heart disease, and serious infections. He has represented patients harmed by surgical errors, anesthesia issues, and emergency room neglect. Peter also represents individuals and families affected by automobile accidents, premises liability incidents, and workplace injuries.
