Peter T. Beach is a tax attorney with Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA in Manchester, New Hampshire. Since 1984, Peter has worked exclusively in the field of taxation, advising businesses and organizations on complex tax matters involving transactions, structuring, and disputes with taxing authorities.
Peter began his legal career as a tax associate with Miller & Chevalier in Washington, DC. He joined Sheehan Phinney in 1996 and later served as a partner in Ernst & Young’s National Office West beginning in 2001, where his work centered on the taxation of mergers and acquisitions. He returned to Sheehan Phinney in 2004 and continues to counsel clients on federal, state, and international tax issues.
