Peter Schorling is Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's Berlin office and co-chairs the firm's German Corporate Group, focusing his practice on M&A transactions. Peter advises on all aspects of M&A, real estate and corporate law, providing in-depth expertise in buy-side and sell-side transactions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and capital markets. This in particular includes cross-border projects for international clients. Peter has wide-ranging experience advising clients in the real estate, data centre and media, technology & telecommunications sectors.
Based on his extensive experience, Peter is recognized by all legal directories as a leading advisor in his field. Prior to joining the firm, Peter worked at other international law firms, as well as for Merrill Lynch, Global Principal Investments, in London.
