Pete represents individuals, small businesses, and large corporations in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Pete has experience serving as first and second chair in jury trials and arbitrations, cross-examining witnesses, taking and defending depositions, and briefing and arguing motions. His practice includes fiduciary duty and business ownership disputes, financial services litigation, contract disputes, non-compete and trade secret claims, and other business tort and commercial litigation matters.
Before attending law school, Pete taught elementary school in Baltimore City Public Schools as a Teach For America corps member. That experience strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, adapt quickly under pressure, and advocate effectively for others. He brings those skills to his litigation practice when advising clients, presenting arguments in court, and negotiating with opposing counsel.
