Peter Roth is a Partner at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. With more than 15 years of experience as corporate and transactional counsel, Peter works with clients across diverse industries, including senior housing and REITs, mining, real estate, construction, capital markets, fintech, wellness, technology, and biotechnology. His practice includes corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, strategic transactions, and securities-related issues.
