After successfully studying law in Freiburg i. Br. and Munich (both Germany) and completing his legal training in the German state of Bavaria, Peter Fabry joined one of the big four accountancy firms as a tax assistant and lawyer. After passing his tax advisor exams and being admitted to practise as a certified specialist in tax law, he was for several years the managing director of a medium-sized consultancy firm and also the partner responsible for the tax law practice area. Peter Fabry has for years co-authored the corporate and tax law manual “GmbH-Beratung”, published by Dr Otto-Schmidt, Cologne.
The area of expertise of Peter Fabry is providing national and international tax structuring advice to medium-sized companies, advising on succession planning, structuring large estates, and handling transactions for private clients, family offices and foundations, as well as advising on how to deal with the tax offices, tax courts and law enforcement authorities in all matters pertaining to tax claims and tax avoidance issues.
