Peter C.T. MacPherson

Peter’s practice is focused on real estate development and transactions, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending acting for either lenders or borrowers, estate planning and administration, and trademarks. He works with businesses at all stages of growth, from start-up through expansion and to divestment.

Peter has practiced in the Okanagan since 2003, developing and servicing a broad-based solicitor’s practice that encompasses a wide range of private businesses, the principals of those businesses, and institutional clients.
