Biography
Peter Kraus is a nationally respected trial lawyer, known for his advocacy on behalf of individuals injured by asbestos exposure, toxic contamination and other negligent and harmful corporate practices. Over the course of his career, he has earned significant verdicts and settlements for workers, their family members and others, holding corporations and powerful business interests accountable when they place profits over people.
As co-founder and managing partner of Dallas-based Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel, he has built an experienced team of trial lawyers able to take the most complex plaintiffs litigation to trial. That includes qui tam litigation on behalf of whistleblowers exposing fraud waste and abuse through the False Claims Act and legal actions when institutions fail to protect those in their care from sexual abuse. He is a passionate advocate for the rights of individuals to achieve justice in the civil justice system.
