Biography
Perry Feinberg is dedicated to advocating for clients in various personal injury cases, representing those who seek justice and compensation. As a member of the Feinberg family legacy, he follows in the footsteps of his grandfather Philip, who founded the law firm in 1946, and his father Robert, who has devoted 40 years to personal injury law.
Before joining Feinberg & Alban PC, Mr. Feinberg honed his skills at a civil defense firm focused on insurance defense litigation. He is an alumnus of Boston College Law School and was awarded a merit-based scholarship throughout his studies. In 2018, Mr. Feinberg was chosen to represent BC Law in a national oral advocacy competition.
Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2024, Mr. Feinberg approaches each case with commitment, equipped with extensive deposition and mediation experience. His track record includes several cases resolved in the six-figure range and participation in settlements reaching seven figures.
Mr. Feinberg is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

I represent clients in various personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and construction accidents, among others. Our practice is unique because we are a boutique law firm, which allows us to offer personalized service to our clients. Each case is distinct, and a "one size fits all" approach is not suitable. With my experience in personal injury law, I am prepared to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and work to ensure that your bills are addressed by the appropriate party.
As the third generation "Feinberg" in the firm, I have always been interested in personal injury law and in joining the Feinberg & Alban team. From a young age, I heard about my father's cases and his dedication to helping people who have suffered catastrophic injuries. I observed his commitment to his clients and the positive impact he had on their lives. I value the opportunity to represent individuals in need who are experiencing a difficult and frightening time, and to assist them in moving forward.
