Partner of the firm in the Banking, Finance and Corporate areas in the Mexico City office. He has developed his practice for over 15 years, focusing on national and international transactions, including structuring and reorganizing debt, securitizations, factoring, financial leasing, financing, guarantees and security interests, as well as in capital markets, fintech, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, and other finance and corporate transactions.

Author of various publications covering both financial and corporate matters.

Worked as a foreign law advisor at Jackson Walker LLP, in Houston.

Head lecturer in undergraduate programs of the Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Santa Fe, Law School.
