Pedro Olmedilla Almarza

Pedro is a partner in the Banking and Capital Markets Group. He has worked in tax for over 30 years, the last 20 of which have been in PwC Madrid. He has focused on the tax advice for multinational clients operating in Spain as well as local clients of the financial industry (banks, saving banks, leasing companies etc.).

This work includes advising on corporate tax, withholding taxes and capital gain taxes and the taxation of financial instruments. He has been as well specifically advised to several due diligence works in the financial industry.

Pedro obtained a Law Degree (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and a Post Graduate Master in Taxation (Centro de Estudios Financieros - Madrid). Member of the Bar Association of Madrid .
