Pedro Ernesto Rocha

Pedro Ernesto is a senior lawyer at Vilas Boas, Lopes e Frattari Advogados with more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Law, Contract Law and Real Estate Law. Over the years he has been developing M&A transactions, corporate consulting, and business contracts, advising clients from several sectors of industry, such as mining, energy, sports (soccer), steel, civil construction, and others.

Pedro holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Milton Campos Law School (2017) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV (2014). He is currently a postgraduate student in business management and finance at Fundação Dom Cabral.
