Paulina Chau

Paulina is an Associate in the firm's Employment Department.

Paulina's practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling. She defends employers in all stages of employment litigation including class action and single plaintiff wage and hour lawsuits and in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, misclassification, and breach of contract claims. She advises clients on matters ranging from pre-litigation disputes, employment agreements, workplace policies and procedures, and handbooks.

She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
