Paul Testa

Attorney Paul Testa is a Partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. He has practiced labor and employment law in Connecticut since 2007. He advises both public and private sector employers on an array of personnel, labor, and employment matters. Attorney Testa counsels management in preventative employment and labor matters as well as litigation of claims on all aspects of employment relationships. He has experience representing employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor. Attorney Testa has authored many articles and presented seminars on Labor & Employment law matters. Paul Testa received his Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
