A Virginia native, Mr. Hernandez earned his undergraduate degree in finance with a minor in accounting from Old Dominion University. He received his law degree from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and also studied at the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law during his legal education.
Mr. Hernandez serves as Vice President on the Executive Council of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is also involved with the Casey Feldman Foundation, where he speaks with students about distracted driving awareness and safety. In addition, he regularly shares legal insight with local audiences through appearances on WAVY TV’s The Hampton Roads Show during the “Legal Matters” segment and on WTKR TV’s Coast Live.
