Paul H.A. Korpan, K.C.

Paul is an experienced litigator, practising primarily in the areas of family law, estate litigation, personal injury, and civil litigation.

He has argued cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan.

Paul has extensive experience in the family law area, and regularly advises clients on separation, divorce, custody and parenting arrangements, spousal and child support issues, property division, adoptions, and other family law issues. He has particular experience with complex property division cases involving pensions, farms, and business interests. He regularly conducts interest based negotiations and mediations in the family law area.

Paul is listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in Family Law. Paul is also listed in the 2009 to 2021 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of Family Law. He is similarly recognized in 2020 Best Lawyers Business Global Edition.

Paul has been a frequent presenter at family law and ethics training seminars for lawyers, and has also presented at and participated in the programs of the National Judicial Institute.

He is also a qualified member of Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc.

Paul is a Past President of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the former Chair of the Saskatchewan Police Commission. He is a recipient of the Canadian Bar Association, Saskatchewan, Distinguished Service Award.
