Paul is a Partner at Kiernan Trebach LLP and is based in the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on representing plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Product Liability Litigation. Paul handles matters involving serious injuries, including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability claims, and defective products, advocating for individuals and families who have suffered harm.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut. Since entering private practice, he has built extensive courtroom and litigation experience across New Jersey and New York, handling personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and commercial litigation matters from investigation through resolution.

Before joining Kiernan Trebach LLP, Paul practiced with several well-established North Jersey law firms and was a partner at Kravis, File & Wurgaft, P.C. for a number of years. Throughout his career, Paul has remained committed to guiding clients through the litigation process with clear communication, careful preparation, and a client-focused approach designed to help them make informed decisions at every stage of their case.
