My focus

I partner with companies to help them achieve their goals through the acquisition and disposition of businesses, investment in new technologies, and thoughtful collaboration with third parties. Much of my work involves drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and efficiently managing transaction processes.

The use of representation and warranty insurance in transactions as a tool to shift risk from the parties to a third-party insurer will become even more widespread.
