He has been a State Bar of Arizona Certified Specialist in Personal Injury & Wrongful Death since 1991. Less than one percent of Arizona attorneys are certified as personal injury specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Paul is a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum. Paul was born in New York City and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976, and the University Of Arizona College of Law in 1979. Paul received a Reginald Heber Smith Fellowship and worked as an attorney for Iowa Legal Services and Southern Arizona Legal Aid. Since 1983, Paul has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims. Paul is a sustaining member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Damages that victims may suffer include medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering and serious physical and emotional injuries. An experienced personal injury attorney can make a significant difference when representing an injured victim, so that the wrongdoer is held accountable for his conduct, and so that fair and just compensation for the losses and expenses is paid.
