Paty A. Elizondo

Ana Patricia Elizondo is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Dallas office. She is a member of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Section. She was recognized in the 2026 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America list for her work in Labor and Employment Law.

Ms. Elizondo represents employers, business owners and professional service providers across industries including retail, education, transportation, technology, health care, food and beverage, construction and professional services. She regularly provides compliance guidance to HR teams and assists clients in developing practical risk-management strategies to prevent litigation.

Ms. Elizondo is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, Dallas Women Lawyers Association and Dallas Association on Young Lawyers. She is also Co-Chair of the Aid to the Homeless Committee, helping to provide community and support to those experiencing homelessness in the Dallas area.
