Patrick Dylan Witherington is the founder of Witherington Law PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee, where he focuses his practice on Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs. For more than 20 years, he has represented individuals and families who have suffered injuries and losses caused by the negligence of others. His practice is dedicated to helping clients pursue compensation after serious accidents and navigate the legal process with clear communication and personal attention.
A lifelong resident of Nashville, Patrick earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee. He remains active in the legal community through the Nashville Bar Association and previously served on the board of the Young Lawyers Division. In 2011, he chose to leave a large law firm environment to build a practice centered on representing injured individuals rather than insurance companies and corporations.
Patrick understands that many clients are facing legal matters for the first time and may be dealing with medical treatment, lost income, and uncertainty about the future.
