Patrick Toolan is an associate in Nixon Peabody’ s Corporate Transactions practice group. Patrick focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and other transactional matters.

My focus

I represent corporate and private equity clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity financings. I also advise clients on general corporate matters, entity formation, and corporate governance. I regularly represent growth stage companies throughout the business life cycle, from initial capital raises to liquidity events.

Looking ahead

Despite geopolitical concerns and harsher market conditions, I expect M&A activity to remain strong as strategic and private equity buyers look to deploy capital and compete to acquire quality companies.
