Patrick Rode

Patrick has worked in the commercial / M&A and litigation departments of a number of German and international law firms, such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Noerr and Greenfort. Before joining MainLegalTax as a Partner, Patrick was an Associate at Latham & Watkins in Dusseldorf, where he began his career in the commercial / M&A department before later transitioning to complex corporate litigation. Patrick is currently head of the Dusseldorf office of MainLegalTax and specialises on commercial and corporate matters as well as corporate litigation.
