Patrick J. Sullivan

Patrick is a partner in Fasken’s Global Mining and Capital Markets & M&A Groups, with a practice focused on advising public companies in the mining industry on transactions across the globe. He has deep industry expertise having advised a wide range of clients in connection with asset purchase, royalty, streaming, joint venture and option transactions as well as in respect of mineral tenure issues.

He also regularly advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions on behalf of issuers and underwriters, reorganizations, issuer bids, all manner of debt transactions, compliance with stock exchange rules and continuous disclosure obligations. Additionally, he advises on corporate governance matters including proxy contests.
