Patrick McDonough is an associate in Sterlington's Litigation practice. He represents executives, companies, and boards in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on securities and shareholder litigation, fiduciary duty claims, and federal securities actions. He also counsels clients on corporate governance matters and has extensive experience managing cases in trial and appellate courts across the country as well as in arbitration.
Prior to Sterlington, Patrick practiced at Mintz, where he represented clients in high-stakes securities, M&A, and corporate governance disputes, and at LeClairRyan. Earlier in his career, he clerked for the Honorable William J. Meade of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
