Patrick McDonough is an associate in Sterlington PLLC’s Litigation practice in New York, New York. He represents executives, companies, and boards of directors in complex commercial disputes, including securities and shareholder litigation, fiduciary duty claims, and federal securities actions. His practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance matters and representing parties in arbitration proceedings and litigation in trial and appellate courts nationwide.
Patrick has experience handling a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters involving securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues. Before joining Sterlington, he practiced at Mintz, where he represented clients in complex commercial and securities-related disputes, and at LeClairRyan. Earlier in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Meade of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
