Patrick assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries with estate and trust administration and settlement in Connecticut and New York. His work involves preparing Probate and Surrogate's Court documents, nonjudicial settlement agreements, accountings, fiduciary income tax returns, and both federal and state estate tax returns.
A strong advocate for pro bono work, Patrick is devoted to aiding veterans, first responders, and other individuals by developing estate plans and representing them in Probate Court matters.
