Patrick D. Coughlin

Patrick Coughlin is part of the team at Harris Beach Murtha, where his practice focuses on Trusts and Estates in Stamford, Connecticut. He provides service in estate planning, estate and probate administration, and estate litigation.

He collaborates with clients to craft and execute comprehensive estate plans. Patrick assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries with estate and trust administration and settlement in Connecticut and New York. His work involves preparing Probate and Surrogate's Court documents, nonjudicial settlement agreements, accountings, fiduciary income tax returns, and both federal and state estate tax returns.
