Attorney Patricia Boye-Williams advises developers, corporations, municipalities, manufacturers, lenders, and property owners on a wide range of environmental and renewable energy matters. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Patti counsels clients on brownfield redevelopment, remediation strategies, permit compliance, renewable energy projects, and environmental due diligence. She also assists buyers and sellers involved in business and real estate transactions that involve environmental considerations, helping clients evaluate risks and address regulatory obligations throughout the process.
Patti regularly works with stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and project participants to help clients move projects forward efficiently while addressing environmental concerns and compliance requirements. Her practical understanding of redevelopment, land use, and renewable energy issues allows her to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
In addition to her legal practice, Patti is active in her community. She serves as a board member of the Farmington Land Trust and is the elected Representative of the Second District of Farmington on the Farmington Town Council.
Before entering the legal profession, Patti trained and educated “citizen scientists” to monitor forest, wetland, and prairie habitats in Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and her Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
