Patricia is a partner in the Regina office with experience in advising on corporate governance matters, securities and equity financing, commercial and residential real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions, financing, and development. She also has significant experience in entertainment law.
Patricia studied pre-law at the Brandon University and received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manitoba in 1982. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1983. She was honoured with the Queen’s Counsel appointment in 2010.
Patricia is the Director of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce and Creative Saskatchewan. She is the corporate secretary for Input Capital Corp., an entity listed on the TSX-Venture. She is a former director and trustee of the board of the National Film Board of Canada and past board member and Vice-Chair of the Regina Airport Authority. She was a corporate secretary and legal counsel to the Lieutenant Governor’s Celebration of the Arts Gala in 2005. In February 2011, Patricia was recognized as a Woman of Influence in Saskatchewan for her efforts as a professional. She was appointed by order in council as a public member of the Board of the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians (SASTT) for a term of three years. Patricia is a partner in the Regina office and serves on the Firm’s Finance Committee.
