Patricia de Pablo Martínez is the Founding Partner of Quikprokuo, a Madrid law firm specialising in real estate and urban planning law. A member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM no. 74,323), she has more than 25 years of experience advising developers, family offices, investment funds, companies and private clients, Spanish and international, at every stage of real estate and urban planning operations.
Before founding Quikprokuo in 2019, she was in-house real estate lawyer at Banco Santander (2009 to 2016), working on sale and leaseback transactions, real estate investments, the restructuring of the branch network and the legal and registry regularisation of properties. She then served as real estate and franchise lawyer at Grupo Vips (Vips, Ginos, Starbucks, TGI Fridays and Wagamama). Earlier, she was Director of Legal Affairs at Unidental and practised real estate, corporate and tax law at a Madrid law firm. From 2009 to 2015 she acted as arbitrator in urban lease disputes at the European Arbitration Association (AEADE).
