Pasquale C. Peloso

Pasquale Peloso is a partner at Cavanagh LLP practicing in civil and commercial litigation with emphasis on negligence law and insurance law. He regularly represents the interests of insurance companies in defending claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents, fire losses, errors and omission claims, products liability claims, insurance coverage issues and related matters.

Pasquale has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Ontario, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He also has experience in resolving disputes by way of arbitration and/or mediation with Peloso Mediation.
