After studying law and management in Strasbourg, he was awarded a postgraduate degree in tax law in Dijon, under Professor Maurice Cozian’s supervision.

He started his career in Luxembourg with Arthur Andersen as a tax consultant (1989-1991), before joining Price Waterhouse on returning to Paris (1991-1995).

He then worked in Germany as a tax specialist at Hewlett Packard (1995-1998), before developing the French tax department of Haarmann Hemmelrath (1998-2005) and joining GGV Avocats-Rechtsanwälte as a partner in 2005.

In 2021, he decided to create ITRS Avocat to develop his practice, still with his team, but in a more flexible and dynamic environment.

Pascal Schultze is a member of several national and international professional associations, such as the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), but also of more individual expert circles such as the Association des Praticiens de la TVA Européenne (APTE) and the Sphère fiscale.

He is the author of numerous articles on French and international taxation in French, English and especially German. He regularly publishes in the German tax journal: IStR.

He is trilingual, having grown up speaking both French and German and being fluent in English.
