Parker is a founding partner and co-manager at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC, where he brings more than 20 years of experience handling matters involving oil, gas, and energy law, estate planning, asset protection, business matters, and real property. His practice includes advising clients on Business Organizations, including LLCs and partnerships, as well as Real Estate Law. Through his work, Parker assists individuals and businesses with complex transactions and practical legal strategies designed to support long-term objectives.

In addition to serving clients, Parker plays an active role in firm leadership. As a member of the executive committee, he contributes to decisions related to firm operations, recruiting, and strategic growth. Parker lives in Norman, Oklahoma with his wife, Sarah, and their four children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, caring for their dogs and horses, and pursuing interests such as outdoor activities, live music, and travel to the mountains and the beach. He is also known for maintaining a respectable Uber rider rating of 4.92, which he mentions with good humor.
