Parker Jackson works in Frazier Law’s Business Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. He represents clients in matters involving business formation and structure, commercial contracts, employment, real estate, HOAs, collections, insurance, and constitutional issues.

Parker graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is admitted to practice law in Arizona. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor on the Corporate and Business Law Journal. He also completed several internships and externships involving commercial disputes, employment, insurance, HOA, real estate, personal injury, contracts, immigration, and constitutional issues.

In addition to his work at Frazier Law, Parker is a public interest lawyer at the Goldwater Institute’s Scharf-Norton Center for Constitutional Litigation, where he focuses on taxpayer protection, free speech, associational rights, government transparency, education, and election-related issues.

Prior to law school, Parker interned and worked in many roles in the realms of politics and public policy in Wyoming (where he grew up) and in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Constitutional Studies from Utah State University and an associate degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.

Parker enjoys blockbuster movies, the outdoors, spending time with his family, and serving in various capacities as an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is a member of the Phoenix chapters of the Federalist Society and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
